Workplace Relations/Employment Lawyer - Brisbane and Gold Coast
Want to be part of a growing, first class employment and workplace relations team? Due to strong growth, our workplace law team now needs to add a talented and dedicated lawyer to its ranks. This small team is highly regarded and works across a broad variety of industries including health, aged care, property and construction, energy, government, and large corporates. This role will be ideal for a mature practitioner with 3-5 years of top level experience, a strong work and service ethic. The ideal candidate will be able to manage the business and administration aspects of their work and able to work in a team, and will want to assume more responsibility. The role covers all aspects of employment law and industrial relations, and a sound understanding and experience in OH&S, WorkCover and common law claims will be of benefit. We are looking for a person with a proven ability to develop and build relationships with our business and corporate clients by providing great service and attention to detail. Dedication to achieving timely commercial outcomes and delivery of accurate and trusted legal advice is essential. This is a role that will suit a lawyer with a dedication to higher levels of client service, an ability to work in a team, and to contribute to marketing and growth of the team and client base.
